Brett, Mollie, and I ventured out on a Road Trip to Florida to pick up Mitchell from school and bring him back. Of course we had to make a few stops on the way.
Our first stop was to Atlanta and I can't believe that I didn't take any pictures. I only have one from the night. We were exhausted from driving 16 hours or so through the night. I do have to say that Brett did his fair share of driving. I only drove for a few hours, while he did the rest. He was a trooper. I was so proud of Mollie and how she did. She was unbelievable. What a great baby she is. We decided to drive through the night so that it would allow Mollie to sleep and she wouldn't be fighting to get out of her car seat!
We arrived in Atlanta around 10 am and we went and visited my old job! I loved seeing everyone and I wish that it could have been longer!!! We then had lunch with Aunt Beth at a new burger place that was really good. I think if it was near me it would be dangerous!! After lunch we headed back to the house and spent the afternoon relaxing. We all took naps and woke up refreshed and ready to enjoy the evening. We had a great dinner that Aunt Beth had prepared, followed by some yummy desserts!! Mollie got a bath in the Laundry Room sink! She loved it! After the bath it was bed time. We were getting up early to go drive the 6-7 hours to Tampa! I wish that we had more time to spend in Atlanta so that we could have seen everyone!! I guess we will have to come back down again!!!!

We spent the weekend in Tampa with the Macina's and had a great time there. Mollie spent her first Easter hanging out by the pool. She loved the pool and I think that she is going to be a little swimmer!
After the weekend we drove to Ft. Lauderdale were we met up with Brett's Mom and had a great time with her! Mollie and Nene spent some time alone together while Brett and I went and enjoyed the beach. What a beautiful beach. The water was crystal clear and very warm! Wish we could have spent more time there too! I think next time we do this trip we should make it a bit longer! We also went and visited with Brett's Poppy. I'm so glad that we got to do this because Poppy really enjoyed Mollie and Mollie enjoyed Poppy!
We had such a great time and loved every minute of it. Our ride home was uneventful! Brett once again drove the whole time and we did a few stops. Mitchell, Mollie and I got to sleep which was nice. We arrived back in Mattapoisett for the Royal wedding but decided that it was time for bed. Thank goodness that my Mom and Sister were up to watch the wedding because Mollie decided that it was time to play! So she got to hang out with them and we all got to go to bed!!
