Going Private

I hope everyone is having a good weekend! It has been a quite one for us! I worked this morning and Brett was with the girls! We had nap time! Which I adore. After naps it was a trip to Target not once but twice! I didn't realize until I got home that I had left the dog food on the bottom part of the cart! Seriously I sometimes think my head isn't attached to my body! Has anyone done that? I didn't know what I was going to do, so I got the girls back in the car and we headed back to target. Target isn't just around the block its a good ten minutes depending how fast you are going! I do miss the days in Georgia when Target was right around the corner. Anyways! I got to the customer service desk and the guy just handed it to me with out any questions or wanting to see my receipt! The poor girls were done by then and were ready for bed! Sorry Girls!!

Looking forward to tomorrow. Grocery Shopping, Visiting with the Great Grandparents and a St. Patrick's Day Supper!


I'm thinking of taking my blog private. I don't know if I like the idea that all my pictures are out there for the public. It's something I have been thinking of. I don't have any followers. I know that I have lost them. I do this more for the girls so that they will have something to look back at and know what there lives were like! Instragram update!

These are pictures from the last couple of weeks with the girls! I have been using Instagram and I love it! We are having a good weekend. I'm not so sure about this day light savings, but will have to give it a day or so. I'm not sure how the girls will do with it and sleep. We shall see! Hope everyone is having a good weekend. Time to do a quick clean up before we head out to visit the great grandparents. It has been a while! Here is hoping that everyone stays healthy!

Snow?

I'm so ready for Spring/Summer! I'm tired of the talk of snow. We are suppose to be getting a mix of snow/rain today but who knows what will happen! Just wish it was snow sometimes so that work could be cancelled, but that rarely happens!! Right now I'm just sitting here with the girls while they are watching Mickey Mouse Club House. They are enjoying some yummy blueberry/chocolate chip muffins that Brett brought home and I'm enjoying my lovely Chai Tea!

Not much going on here. We are all finally feeling better. The last 3 weeks were rough with colds, double ear infections, and little ones not sleeping, but I think that we are finally over it all. This is why I can't wait for Spring. It's coming right? I know we switch the clocks this weekend. I think that its funny because we actually don't have to do it manually anymore since everything is digital! I remember waking up and not knowing if it was suppose to be 9 or 10. 9 or 10? I can't believe that I just wrote that. I can't remember the last time I slept in till 9 or 10. It seems like 6 am is sleeping in these days!

We had a good weekend this past one! My Aunt Susie is here visiting from British Columbia. We had everyone over for dinner on Saturday and it was Taco night!! It was a great night. I love having dinner parties. I should do it more often and besides the house is cleaner. Even Brett said he likes when we have people over because the house is cleaner than clean. Its so hard to keep up with it after working all week and then taking care of the girls! Don't get me started on the laundry because that is a whole post in its own!!

OK time to go and figure out what Brett and I are going to do to lose weight! We have Carly's wedding coming up in June! I wish that I had an elliptical at the house. If anybody feels free to drop one off at my door I would greatly appreciate it!

It's Christmas Time!!! We celebrated Auntie's birthday! We picked out the perfect Christmas Tree, we did pottery for Christmas Presents, We picked up Uncle Buddy at the airport, Christmas Caroling! Christmas Eve at Uncle Mark's and Auntie Cher's, Christmas Day at Nonni's and Gramps! It was a great month! I'm glad that I finally got caught up on 2012!!

Mollie turns 2!!! I can't believe how quickly the time goes by!!! We had another great month! We celebrated Mollie's birthday and Harper's Baptism. Mollie went to the American Girl Doll Store for her birthday and got a doll name Lala.We celebrated Halloween, went pumpkin picking! Mollie was a sheep for Halloween and Harper was a kitty cat! We collected leaves and more leaves! Hurricane Sandy was nice to us!
